Can YOU Answer This Question?

What Do YOU Think of Jesus?

Many people think that Jesus was a good man, loving, kind, and caring for the poor.  Some say he was a great philosopher.  Others say he was a good teacher.  So who do you think he was?

It is an all important question because what you think of Jesus Christ can be vitally important to you.  You may not want to think about him or you may just totally dismiss him from your mind.  But it is important that you decide who you think he was.

Jesus walked the dusty streets around Nazareth and Jerusalem, among many other places about 2,000 years ago, and after he became a man, he did help many people.  But was that his total mission?  Was that why he was here?

We know he was a real person because there are many historical accounts concerning Jesus and some of the things that he did.  Some people deny that he existed, but they have their heads in the sand.  Some just do not want to talk about him because it makes them uncomfortable.

Who do you say that he is?  If you say that he was a good teacher, then you must listen to what he said.  Why?  Because he claimed to be the Son of God and to be equal with God.  If he was a good teacher, why would he mention such ideas?  Was he delusional?  If so, was he then a good teacher?  When he said he was God, he was either telling the truth or he was not a good teacher because he was telling falsehoods.

So, what do you think?  Do you think he was a good teacher and told the truth about himself, or was he misguided and only sought to lead the Jews to political victories against the Romans?  You must know that the Jews rejected him and the religious leaders killed him because he claimed to be God.

If Jesus was telling the truth about himself, then he was the Son of God and was equal with God.  Therefore, he was on a mission from God the Father to redeem people who were estranged from The Almighty, just like he said.

You can scoff at his message or you can embrace it. That is your choice.  However, according to Jesus, one day you will have to give account of yourself to God, whether you believe him or not.  The Ancient Texts reveal that one day “every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.”  That could be a wake-up call to many who deny his position, but at that point, it will be too late to change one’s direction.

To those of you who sense His presence in your heart right now, you have a choice to make: to believe Him and follow Him, or to say, No, I don’t believe Him to be Who He said He was.

Now, a simple message to those of you who sense His calling in your heart, that conscious awareness that He is Who He said He was, the Son of God.  You have an opportunity to make things right with God, right here, right now.

You may wonder, what do I do?  In simplified English, you must acknowledge Him as Lord and Savior, turn from your old life of unbelief, ask Him to forgive you of your sin, and follow Him.  No, you don’t need a preacher or a priest.  Jesus is the only Mediator between God and man.  Just talk to Him. We call that prayer.  Read His Word, the Bible, beginning at the Gospel of John.  Find a church that believes in the Bible.so you can learn and grow.   John 5:24 says, “Whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life.  He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.”  Hebrews 2:3 says, “how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation?”
