Dr. Ken Lewis
There are many descriptions in Scripture concerning what hell will be like. For example, there will be gnashing of teeth, a Lake of fire, outer darkness, pain and agony, and a bottomless pit.
In hell, there will be times of remembrance of days gone by and there won’t be any one near you to comfort you.
In hell, a person will be all alone by themselves in total darkness where they cannot see anyone else.
In hell, you will hear the screams and cries of others continually as people understand that they are there forever and ever and will never get out.
In hell, you will be in a Lake of Fire, which means there is going to be excruciating heat and pain from that experience which will never stop.
In hell, you will remember that you had opportunities to follow Christ and you rejected them because you wanted to do your own thing your own way and not follow the Lord Jesus Christ.
In hell it as a place with no bottom in it where you will be suspended in total darkness every day.
Hell will be a very lonely existence and you will not have your best friends hanging around you where you can party down, but you will be all alone, suspended in space and in darkness where you cannot see anything and you will only have your thoughts to keep you company.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
GOD DOES NOT TAKE REJECTION LIGHTLY. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER! He will reward you with suffering and punishing loss if you think you can willing defy the Almighty Creator of all things. Satan tried that and look what happened to him.
You cannot accept Christ as a fire insurance policy from Hell. That is not acceptable. You must come to the place where you believe with all your heart in the true fact that Christ is God, and that He loved you so much that He went to His death on a cruel cross to save you from your wretched sinful self and you recognize His mercy and you willingly repent of your sins. You must be totally sincere and thankful and decide that you want to follow this merciful Savior, receiving His love and grace which you did not deserve and then allowing Him to transform your life to live for His glory.
You were created to Glorify your Creator!
